Derek Grace Photography was set up in London in 1988 and is now based in our studio near Kendal in  South Cumbria, on the borders of Lancashire and Yorkshire, where we enjoy both the beauty and tranquillity of the Lake District and the convenience of excellent road, rail and air links to all parts of the UK and mainland Europe.

We have worked with a wide variety of businesses, shooting commercial and advertising briefs, from portraits and cosmetics, to mobile phones; from large agricultural machines for New Holland and Case, to cars (where, for Ford of Europe’s Product Training Guides, we created a dynamic new look for the launch of its Puma, Cougar and Focus models).

An experienced photographer, Derek  works mainly on location and in large rental studios, but with our own studio we can also offer a first class service to local clients, with instant access to a full range of related services (see Studio & Services).
