About Us

Whilst originally from a Still Life background, Martin's work has become most recognised for his location and travelogue bodies of work, winning various photographic accolades along the way.

Martin's work often focuses on the everyday journey as a means of constructed observation by embracing journey as a positive experience in itself. Progressive forms of travel allow built and progressed experience to cumulate between departure and arrival, creating a sense of place before and upon arrival. As a traveller the journey itself can be used to savour, enjoy and evolve the challenges of 'I and other' that travel brings, to allow the experience to filter into everyday life.
